$15/month for one class, $25/month for both
The purpose of these group meditation sessions is to promote balanced mindful living.
Mindfulness and meditation are powerful tools on your journey to well-being. These tools are helpful in exploring a number of challenges like anxiety, stress, depression, substance abuse recovery and more.
Join us for an hour each 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month for a guided journey into the healing awareness that comes from regular practice. These ongoing group sessions are meant to assist and support your individual therapy and/or home practice.
All are welcome. Please dress comfortably.

Rate for current clients: We are excited to offer these classes at no out-of-pocket cost for current clients. Your insurance provider may be billed, but you will incur no cost.
Subscription rate for non-clients: Community members (non-clients) are invited to purchase a monthly subscription for access to a certain number of classes. See class descriptions for details.
