If you are making a payment for someone else (including if you are making a payment for your child), please be sure to include the client’s name in the “ship to” field. This will ensure that the payment is applied to the correct account.
Insurance and Out of Pocket Costs
We work with most insurance providers, including Medicaid and Medicare, and rates vary per plan. Prior to your first session, we'll ask you to provide your insurance information and we will verify your benefits. Any questions along the way? Reach out to your therapist for information and support.
Insurance can be confusing, please reach out to us and we will do our best to confirm your specific benefits for you. We will need a copy or photo of the front and back of your insurance card and of your drivers license or ID. We also offer a sliding scale and pro-bono services for those with need. Questions? Talk with your therapist about payment options that work best for you. Together, we'll find a solution that best fits your needs.
Income based sliding scale is as follows:
Household income consists of your income and the income of others with whom you reside
$67.00 per session Household income of $25,000 or less
$82.00 per session Household income between $25,001 - $35,000
$92.00 per session Household income between $35,001 - $45,000
$111.00 per session Household income of $45,001 and above
General Rates:
$195 Per Session or Insurance Provider Contracted Rate
$103 Additional Out of Session Paperwork Fee or agreed insurance provider-based amount
$5 to $50 per person for group sessions
